Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will execute online marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising. The goal is to drive engagement, conversion, and retention by leveraging the latest digital marketing tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, CTR, CPC) and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Manage website content and perform SEO to ensure search engine rankings improve over time.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring content aligns with audience segmentation.
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce engaging content, including blogs, infographics, and videos.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns through platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track performance and inform strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC management.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or others.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and web development basics (HTML, CSS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Experience with graphic design tools is a plus (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
